Startup is getting stuck in blue screen/restart loop after deleting registry keys?

Few days back I installed audio grabber software and after doing so I found that windows is not recognizing the CD device. After doing some research over it, I came to know about the issue that normally occurs in windows vista on installing the software. From the information obtained from Microsoft technical support I deleted some registry keys (upper filter and lower filter entries) and this even created more problems for me as the system is not booting up, only it shows the blue screen at startup. How this registry related issue can be fixed?

jennifer 		Since the problem is in startup, it is quite obvious that windows startup repair is not able to fix the problem. In such case you must first try to use F8 boot menu or booting in safe mode as “start as last known good configuration”. If for any reason it does not happen as expected, you could run chkdsk from windows CD. First boot from the CD, and go to recovery mode, select the partition and enter the command as chkdsk/R.
With this you will get to your desktop in safe mode, and then using <a href="http://www.windows-registry-repair.org">windows registry repair</a> tool would be worth, which detect and repair registry errors efficiently which otherwise is indeed difficult as registry is not no easy to be understood and manipulated by anyone, and even simple change in it can cost your system and data.
