Is it possible to recover files from MacBook which has been USB formatted with FAT 32 file system?

From few days my MacBook’s performance has been degraded considerably. To enhance its performance I have formatted it using my USB with FAT 32 file system, but after formatting I couldn’t find some of my files stored in it. I have searched it in all possible places but I got nothing. The files are very important for me as it contain some important fact and figures. So, I am looking for any software which can effectively recover my lost files from the MacBook. If you find any such tool then please let me know. Thanks in advance.

scotttaylor	Best Answer MacBook Recovery from FAT 32 volume is possible by using option known as ‘raw signature search on physical drive’. It is an autonomous option that scans the whole drive of MacBook to locate the lost files irrespective of the file system. It can also be said as raw signature search provided with MacBook Data Recovery software is a file system independent option which scans each sector and track of the hard drive to locate the unique signature of every file system selected. However, chance of data recovery is possible if the lost files are not fragmented or overwritten.
