I need help in EDB corruption due to Jet errors?

Since 17th Oct’09 whenever I open public my mailbox store of MS Exchange Server, I always got the error message as “s1041724…..internal processing error”. And totally I am being unable to access my mailbox. When I tried to repair the database got further error message as: "Operation terminated with error -1206 (JET_errDatabaseCorrupted, Non database file or corrupted db) after 1.281 seconds".
In this case, what action should I taken? Have anyone any solution to get rid of this issue? Please help me to escape away from this issue!

JimmyRayJit 		In first appearance it seems that the problem is occurring due to excessive fragmentation in your database. Often after getting these error messages, *.edb file can’t be access. Further possible causes behind this issue are looking as: “Exchange Server database has got damaged” or “Header of the EDB file is damaged”.
