I got saved my all pst files in my MS Outlook. My entire important documents are saved here. But yesterday my files are not getting accessed properly. As even I tried to open them but they are getting opened in the any other format which was quite not visible properly. It seems that all files had got corrupt. Then one of my friends suggested me to make use of the Scan PST file program. But I have no idea on how to make its use. Does any one had used this, if yes than please tell me the steps for it.

William 		To view the corrupt files you are simply needed to open the folder where all the pst files are kept. These all are kept in your hard drive. As the location of pst files simply depends on the particular versions of Windows Operating System. As for different OS the location files varies. For Windows Vista and 7 the folder path of scan pst is C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office 12. Now start with this program and begin with the scanning of entire corrupt pst files. But if you had large size pst files than pst tool may take long time in scanning the files.

I too had make use of this scanning utility and get repaired my all damaged pst files. If there are errors in the file than also you can do backup of the original pst files and get saved these files in a folder. This performs a good repairing of the entire saved corrupt pst files and make them saved. This very efficient pst tool can make you clear about all the files. You can also have details regarding the entire files.
