How to resolve ISTORX32.dll error while starting MS Outlook?

Few days ago I have downloaded an add-in for my MS Outlook. This add-in organizes MS Outlook mails in a proper way and also indicates when any new mail arrives in Outlook mail box. But I don’t know how this add-in s not working properly which has affected my Outlook and now every time I try to start outlook it throws an error message which says –

“The add-in :\Program Files\Common Files\System\Mapi\1033\\ISTORX32.DLL could not be installed or loaded. This problem may be resolved by using Detect and Repair on the Help menu.”

I am not so technically sound and know nothing about this error message, so please help me to resolve this error message. Any help or suggestion will be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance.
