How can I split the files? Is there any way to zip or split the PST files?

I am a user of Outlook 2000. My PST files size become large with archive emails and backups. These all are occupying a large amount of space on my hard drive. I would like to save these PST file to a CD but it is above to 1 GB and is not setting on a single CD. To complete this task I should have a DVD and DVD writer but I don’t have. Is there any other way to reduce the size of the split file?

jonny12 		Your problem is not more complex you can solve this easily. I think you are facing in using MS Outlook like moving the files, exporting the PST files, and many more. These all problems arise due to large size of the PST file. Large sizes of the PST file result of these entire problems. But don’t worry this problems can solved after splitting the PST file. After increasing the size of PST file users have option to delete the PST file but they don’t want to delete any of the file due to its importance. In such a case you have only one option that is dividing the PST file or to split pst file. You can divide the PST file by the use of Split PST software. This PST file splitter divides PST files in to multiple small PST files. After completion of splitting PST file your will feel more speed of the Outlook file and you will also eliminate the risk of the corruption of the PST file.
