Error while installing internet explore 8?

I was about to install windows internet explorer 8 on Windows Vista, meanwhile I came across an error ‘file cannot be installed’, check details for more information, although I followed all software prerequisite and steps specified for installation, I could not understand any thing, so I want help from you people I believe there is some problem in my system, how to fix it and thereby install IE 8 on my system.

jennifer 		Your system is absolutely right I suppose, several such errors while installation of internet explorer have been notified and reasons may vary because IE 8 is very advanced and most secure browser of windows and that is why even in case of minute infection of spy and antivirus it gets stopped.
Hope, the following helps you in moving ahead with installation of Internet explorer-
• Disable antispyware and antivirus software or better uninstall them completely with perfect uninstaller and do install them after IE 8 is installed, however firewall should be turned on
• After doing so, install internet explorer 8 again and
• And reinstall/re-enable antivirus, antispyware
If this fails to work, start system in “clean boot” state.
