Error 0x80070052 during data copy from computer to USB flash drive. ?

I have a 2GB transcend USB flash drive which I use for storing my office data and I was doing the same today i.e. I was copying some data to it and meanwhile an alert popped up with the error 0X80070052, the directory or file could not be created, I have made all possible attempts to make it usable like scanning the disk for error and bad sectors but still could not write, I had stored some important pictures in it too which is no where else so I want them in any case, what’s left for me to be done.
