Captured photos not found on the memory card, it is not being displayed not even on connecting memory card to computer, help needed?

Today when I switched on my Kodak easyshare M340 digital camera, instead of the camera mode a black screen with CF error was shown up, I could not take photos as every time the message kept displaying. So, thinking some thing wrong I connected the camera to computer but I could not find any photos, what’s wrong in it. I don’t have any idea, how to make the photos available.

nikhil 		It seems you are new to digital camera, photos are generally not shown when they are not properly written or saved into the card. I believe you must have switched off the camera immediately after you captured photos and this should strictly be avoided while using digital camera and instructions regarding it can be found in all camera manual, and it is advised to go through it carefully otherwise problems will keep arising in your camera.

It is said so because, when you click capture button of the camera, camera writes the photos into the memory card and this process takes variable time for different camera and size of photo captured any interruption meanwhile i.e. during read/write process can make the photos inaccessible and the card corrupt and this is why the photos are not shown up on the card nor on the computer on connecting camera to computer. In this scenario, photo recovery software is that which can take you out of the problem.
