‘Invalid file name, system cannot find the path specified’ is the error I came across on double clicking the DVD shrink icon on my desktop?

I was using DVD shrink for years, meanwhile I had to format my hard drive and then reinstalled the applications back, till then it was working fine. But today when I tried to open and double clicked it, it says-‘Invalid file name, system cannot find the path specified’. I wonder what happened to this great application, I have tried everything that was possible restarted the system several times, uninstalled and reinstalled DVD shrink, nothing is happening. So, now I am looking for a DVD ripper program that can work on my Mac, some good one as I have already tried some which can rip but not shrink to regular DVD ISO files and if you can explain the ripping process.
